Didactic Work
My teaching work includes undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and postgraduate (including MBA) classes in Polish and English in mathematics and mathematics applications in analysis and support of management decisions (including group decisions – negotiations). I also play other roles:
- Co-author of two resumed textbooks, five scripts and task sets and translations.
- Author/co-author of computer programs, also the creator of classes based on acquired software.
- Author/co-author of case studies (including – published at the international conference WACRA 96 and WACRA 1997).
- Classes with practitioners from the public and private sectors.
- The first author’s website for classes developed in 1996.
- In the ZWiAD team, in the last term of office more than 100 graduates a year, 11 original lectures on MIESI and BigData, participation in the preparation of BigData Data Analysis and Quantitative Methods in Economics, student internship program „Best with the best” from P&G and T-Mobile.
- Responsible organizational functions: the dean (for two terms) and co-creator of the Diploma Study at the Warsaw School of Economics, unit which is the first credit point system in Poland, electronic accounting and other innovative solutions for about four thousand students,
- Head of an expert team building the MBA rating rules.
- An expert of European accreditation EPAS of the prestigious European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) associating world business schools.
- A member of the team preparing the SGH accreditation report for CEEMAN accreditation.
- Active participation in all (re) accreditation processes completed or ongoing at the university (CEQUINT, EQUIS, HEInnovate, PKA).
- Author of several dozen publications and invited papers on education.
- Head of two high-budget long-term projects on educational paths of graduates of economics universities and decision-making processes related to education, which resulted in the monographs „Educational biographies” and „Mechanisms shaping educational decisions”.
